Sonya Frazier, LMHC recognized her passion for assisting others in achieving life goals at an early age while growing up in Ohio.  She pursued and received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park.  Sonya continued her education at the University of South Florida and completed her Master of Arts degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling.

Sonya prides herself on providing individualized therapeutic services to children, adults, couples and families.  Her counseling philosophy is that change happens by meeting the individual where they are with an unbiased and non-judgmental mindset.  She takes pride in assisting people in identifying, exploring and acting on the infinite possibilities for their lives within a multicultural context.  Sonya met the professional criteria to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida.  She also maintains a certification as a Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator.  Sonya also serves as the co-coordinator of the counseling ministry at her church.
